Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Ghana Arbitration Centre.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by FinLitGhana on the Website, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and FinLitGhana concerning the Services.
